Yes. The loyalty scheme is free to join. Join online before you arrive to help make check-in quicker, or ask reception for help.
When do I receive my stamp?
Stamps are added on the day of check-in for qualifying direct bookings only. A qualifying stay must be 2 nights or more at Tiffany’s Hotel.
Do third-party bookings qualify?
The loyalty scheme is for direct bookings with Tiffany’s Hotel. Bookings made through third-party websites or online travel agents may not qualify.
How often can I earn stamps?
One qualifying stay stamp can be earned per guest account within any 14-day period.
What rewards can I unlock?
Rewards include a free house drink, early check-in or late check-out, and the biggest reward: a free Sunday night stay or sea-view upgrade on a future qualifying stay, subject to availability.
Can I use rewards straight away?
Some rewards are designed for use on a future stay. Speak to reception so the team can confirm what is available and how to redeem it.
Are upgrades and Sunday nights guaranteed?
No. Sea-view upgrades, early check-in, late check-out and free Sunday night stays are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
I already have a paper loyalty card. What happens?
If you are already collecting stamps on our previous paper loyalty card, speak to reception. We can help move you onto the digital system, but your existing reward journey will continue under the same reward structure until that card or pass is completed. After that, future stays can move onto the new digital rewards programme.
